Warrantee and Returns Policy

Customers should inspect products upon delivery and immediately notify Daddy's SCP of any delivery related damage. Failure to notify us right away may result in limiting in our options with shipping carriers related to damage compensation or replacement

Satisfaction Guarantee
All MadDad products have a two-week satisfaction guarantee. The two week windows starts from the date of confirmed receipt. You can open and install our products and return them within a two week window without any restock fees if you are not satisfied for any reason. Original product purchase price will be refunded less any discounts and shipping upon inspection of returned products. Returned products need to be returned in good resale condition. Customers are responsible for return freight.

Refused / Undeliverable items
Items that are refused or undeliverable due to customer supplied shipping details will be refunded once the product has been returned to our warehouse and inspected. Customers are responsible for original and return freight as well as any additional shipping fees incurred as a result. International refusals may incur additional customs and brokerage related fees. We will only refund the original product purchase price less any related shipping and return fees. It's often more cost effective to simply accept a product and make a regular RMA arrangement for a normal return. This will save you additional return change fees carriers often bill back to the merchants for "return to sender" packages.

Defective Returns
All products found to be defective within a 30 day period will be replaced at no charge to the customer.

Warrantee
All MadDad Exhaust Products come with a 2 Year warrantee on material and workmanship. All warranty claims after 30 days of product receipt will be via repair or replacement at the discretion of Daddy's SCP.
All MadDad Gauges carrier a 1 Year warrantee on sending units and the gauge itself. All warranty claims after 30 days of product receipt will be via repair or replacement at the discretion of Daddy's SCP.

All Returns
All returns regardless of reason require an RMA. Contact daddy@daddysscp.com to initiate a RMA request. Supply your original order #, reason for return any support documentation/photos.

Refunds
All returns eligible for refund will be processed within 1-5 business days from returned products receipt and inspection.
